At the current time - we shipped to the LOWER 48 UNITED STATES ONLY. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii MUST APPROVE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING RATES. At this time we do not ship anywhere else in the world (including Porto Rico or Virgin Islands). RUSH ORDERS: We specify that we may need up to FOUR (4) BUSINESS DAYS (excludes weekends and legal holidays) to ship from our warehouse to your delivery address. Orders must be placed before 1:00 p.m. CST to be considered one of the business days. You must choose the RUSH option on shipping for this time frame. If a product is out of stock and we are unable to ship, then your credit card will be refunded the cost of the item. Typical consumer orders that are shipped by regular shipping to a residential physical address within the 48 contiguous states normally will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within 2-5 business days after receipt of order. Orders for any Wilton Cake Supplies and products normally will be shipped via United States Post Office or FedEx Ground within 5 business days of receipt. Orders will be delivered within 4 - 14 BUSINESS DAYS after shipping - depending on the area.

Please Note:

Shipping Times - Our products are shipped from different warehouses, so shipping times may differ from state to state. We ship Ground to save customers postage on oversize or as required by law on restricted products. (Eg. - Glue is flammable and can only ship ground. Liquids are heavy and would be more expensive to ship Priority.

The average shipping time is 1 to 2 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that special order and custom made items may need to be specifically made for your wedding before shipment and may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery outside of the US for other international locations.

The actual delivery times may be longer. Please plan accordingly and order allowing plenty of time for creation of your merchandise and shipping times.
