Floating candles in water gives the romance of candlelight to your tables. For variety, consider floating rose petals or cut heads of flat flowers (such as Gerbera daisies. The water has the additional safety around lit candles. Give your water a tint of color with Wilton's icing coloring. Unlike the food colors in the supermarket (which can turn red into orange) Wilton's colors will stay true to the shades of pink, blue, green, orange and yellow. All you need to do to tint the water is dip a toothpick in the icing tints.
