Many times you see similar beads available only in tiny packets - it takes a lot to make up enough for wedding tables. These water beads are available in a large jar at a much cheaper price than you would pay for those tiny .33 oz packages! One ounce (2 level tablespoons) added to one gallon of water. Use a mere one level tablespoon to 2 quarts of water - more than enough to do a large vase!. Simiple add more water to beads when they begin to dry to refresh them. After long periods of time, these beads can be washed with hot water while they are in a strainer.

For cut flowers - simply follow the directions on each jar.
